Booking Process

HOW TO BOOK YOUR ADVENTURE
- Select a program/an adventure and your preferred dates. Then send us an e-mail and we will confirm our availability.
- Please familiarize yourself with our Terms & Conditions.
- Payment of a non-refundable deposit for 33% of the cost (payable by wire transfer) is due upon booking to confirm your reservation.
- Please fill out our Personal Contact Form.
- Purchase trip cancellation/travel insurance.
- Once we have received your deposit, we will send you a program information package with the logistical details necessary to prepare for your adventure.
- Final payment is due 95 days prior to the start of your trip (for programs booked within 95 days of the start date, full payment is due at the time of booking)
